Reef Fishing

You can enjoy either a full day or half day of Reef Fishing as it is one of the most exciting activities Caye Caulker and in Belize it is known as one of the best fishing spots. You are able to reel in the catch of the day as you fish for an abundance of different species of fish such as Snappers, Groupers and Barracudas.

This tour takes you first to the northern part of the other half of the island of Caye Caulker where the Sea Grass Beds holds home to an abundance of Sardine's. The unique thing about this tour is that you and your guide are able to catch Sardine's the traditional way a local fisherman does it, before starting your fishing tour. This part of the fishing tour is learning experience as well as enjoyable because you are able to view the mangrove ecosystem and do some bird watching in the area. As for the sea grass beds, sometimes you get to see the Beautiful Sea Turtles as well as Rays.

After this get ready for a relaxing day of fishing as you get to fish in all the hot spots that your guide takes you to. Dolphins, Turtles, Fidget Birds and Sea Gulls are mostly seen appearing sometime along the time of your fishing tour.
