Hotel Policies

RESERVATION POLICY
• We hold the right to change any errors or ommissions on any reservation.
• Reservations are not confirmed until they are paid in full unless we have a prior agreement.
• Please note all rates, where ever seen, are based on availability and are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
• Until 5 days prior arrival of client: No Cancellation Fee.
• 4-3 Days prior arrival: Charge for first night's accommodation.
• 3-2 Days prior arrival Charge for 3 night's accommodation.
• 1 Day prior arrival: Charge for 5 night's accommodation.
• Same Day or No show: Charge for 5 night's accommodation. (If less than 5 nights, the whole stay is charged)

GENERAL POLICIES
• Check in is 3:00 PM Belize time. Early check in can be requested and granted as rooms become available. Check out is 11:00 AM Belize time.
• Children under the age of 12 sleep free in the same room as their parents or guardians.
• We are a 100% smoke free hotel; a cleaning fine will be applied for smoking in the rooms. We do allow smoking on the balcony and rooftop terrace.
• We want to be your vacation destination always. If there is anything we can do to make your stay better, don't hesitate to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate!
