Snorkelling at the Caye Caulker Marine Reserve

Visit the Caye Caulker Marine Reserve; this is located just 1/2 a mile away from the island of Caye Caulker. Our experienced and license tour guides will guide you through the most spectacular areas of the coral gardens, shark ray alley, and the Caye Caulker South Channel.

You will explore the vast corals that huddle and create homes for crabs, eels, fishes, sea urchins and many other sea creatures. After you view just part of the corals, you get to take a little visit to the Nurse Sharks and Sting Rays. These friendly creatures don't hurt you, they hunch in great amounts as they hear the sound of the motor from the boat. These amazing sea animals have been so accustomed to be fed by the guides and visitors alike. You can even enjoy seeing how your guide lifts up a sting ray on the palms of their hands. Then be free to roam around and view the breaks of waves from the line the barrier reef creates.
